This photo had been on my mind for a long time. When I thought of the location I wanted to get the sun rising in line with the steps into the water. After some planning I managed to find a morning where there wasn’t excessive cloud cover. Although it didn’t look too promising when it began snowing when I arrived, I got lucky and the clouds cooperated.
